Sweet Be Wellness Policies As of June 1, 2020

1. No Walk-In Appointments at this time. Call ahead to schedule an appointment to ensure safe appointment staggering and disinfecting procedures. All appointments are scheduled with extra time for sanitizing procedures.

2. Customers must wear masks when entering the spa.

3. Hand Sanitizer is available at check-in and check-out as well as in each Spa room. We encourage you to use it often.

4. Please bring your own water or water bottle when possible. We offer filtered water, and our receptionist can assist you if you need a refill.

5. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. You may be asked to fill out paperwork. At this time, there will be a symptom check for illness. We may ask you to reschedule if you are showing symptoms of illness. No cancellation fees will be applied. If you have prepaid for a service or package, you may use it at a later date.

6. This is a service-based business, as a courtesy to us, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance or there may be a charge per service. Charges may vary depending on service and notice of cancellation. We may ask for a credit card to hold your appointment (and which will be charged per our cancellation policy). At this time, cancellation fees MAY be waived at our discretion. Spa days canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged $25 per service per person. Do NOT cancel appointments via email, or text. Please call (970) 451-5512 to cancel or reschedule.

7. There may be a charge which will vary depending on service and situation.

8. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

9. Sweet Be Wellness is a quiet, relaxing space. Talking on your cell phone is not allowed. Please silence your cell phone before entering the spa. Headphones are available upon request for listening to video/music or you may bring your own. No cell phones are allowed in the Salt Room. While we understand that sometimes emergency phone calls arise, we ask that you step into the main hallway to take any calls so as not to disturb other clients.

10. Please use your quiet, spa voice while in the spa to allow others to relax.

11. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the spa. Please make daycare arrangements prior to your appointment. Children over the age of 10 will be permitted with an adult, but we reserve the right to ask you to leave if children are not well behaved. Children are not to be left unattended at any time.

12. Due to the relaxing nature of our space, No animals are allowed. Our salt room is therapeutic for those suffering from allergies, including allergies to animals.

13. Our spa strives to have integrity, above all else. We follow all health and safety guidelines at all times.

14. We are here to help you unwind, center, and leave feeling more peaceful than when you arrived. So, relax, take a break from whatever stress brought you in today, and Be Well.

15. Always check-in at the front desk upon arrival, and wait for the receptionist to escort you through our spa door.
